Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

From the moment an order is placed until the parcel reaches its destination, several steps are involved. This page explains how GSENOXD handles fulfillment information, shipment updates, and delivery questions.

What happens after checkout

After receiving an order, we review payment confirmation and the details needed for fulfillment. Orders may require additional verification or preparation before being handed to a carrier. Weekends, local holidays, high order volume, stock availability, and unusual verification needs can affect dispatch timing.

Your order's checkout information and subsequent shipment notices are the primary sources for available shipping costs and delivery estimates. We do not publish a universal delivery-day guarantee in this policy because routes and service levels may differ. If a specific offer expressly promises a guaranteed deadline, that promise and applicable law will govern.

Destinations and charges

The checkout process determines which destinations and shipping methods are available for a particular order. An address appearing in a country selector does not, by itself, guarantee that every product can be shipped there.

Before payment, review the shipping amount shown for your order. Free-shipping promotions, when offered, may depend on purchase value, destination, or product eligibility; the relevant conditions should be shown with the offer. Shipping fees are not changed retroactively merely because a later promotion becomes available.

From dispatch to tracking

When a tracked shipment is arranged, tracking details may be provided by email or through the customer account, where available. A tracking number can exist before the carrier's first physical scan, so an initial delay in tracking updates does not always mean the parcel has stopped moving.

A purchase containing multiple items may be split into separate parcels if fulfillment requires it. In that case, delivery dates or tracking identifiers can differ. We will not impose an undisclosed extra shipping charge solely because we decide to split fulfillment.

Customs and cross-border delivery

Orders crossing national borders may be inspected by customs authorities and may attract import taxes, VAT, duties, clearance fees, or carrier handling charges. The checkout information and any express tax or duty terms determine what GSENOXD collects in advance. Unless charges are expressly shown as paid by us, the recipient may be responsible for amounts imposed on import, subject to applicable consumer law.

Customs reviews and requests for extra documentation can delay delivery. We cannot control government processing times, but we can assist with shipment information reasonably available to us.

Address details are important

Please check the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, postal code, country, and any required telephone information before completing checkout. If you spot an error afterward, email support@gsenoxd.com with your order number as quickly as possible.

We will look into whether a correction is still possible. Once a shipment is packed or in the carrier's network, a change may be unavailable or may involve a carrier charge. If an order is returned because of an inaccurate address or an uncollected parcel, reshipping costs may apply where permitted by law.

If delivery is taking longer than expected

First review the most recent carrier tracking event and any messages sent about your order. Delivery estimates can change due to severe weather, transport interruptions, customs examinations, local holidays, unusual shipment volume, or events outside the reasonable control of the parties involved.

If the parcel appears significantly overdue, contact us with the order number and tracking details. We can help review the information and, when appropriate, work with the carrier or fulfillment partner to investigate. Nothing in this policy eliminates a delivery remedy that must be provided by law.

If tracking says “delivered” but nothing arrived

Please check the delivery address, letterbox, parcel locker, building reception, and other reasonable drop-off locations. Ask others at the address whether they accepted the package. If the parcel remains missing, contact our support team so we can review the tracking and available delivery evidence. A carrier's “delivered” scan is relevant information, but it does not automatically determine the outcome of every consumer claim.

If a parcel or product is damaged

Keep the packaging when possible and photograph the outer box, shipping label, and affected item. Send the details to support@gsenoxd.com. We will assess the situation under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

Delivery rights and support

Any transfer of shipping risk or responsibility is subject to the mandatory rules that apply to your purchase. Where those rules entitle you to a remedy for non-delivery, loss, or damage, this policy does not waive it.
